Welcome on behalf of the Phi Sigma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. We are one of Alpha Kappa Psi's newest chapters, with our chartering coming later this January, with our campus presence beginning this past year. Although our organization is just beginning, our foundation is built on the guiding principles of Alpha Kappa Psi that have set hundreds of thousands of members up for success for over a century: Brotherhood, Knowledge, Integrity, Service, and Unity.
We are excited to create a lasting legacy at Tufts by creating a community in which students of all backgrounds, academic, and professional interests can grow both personally and professionally. Alpha Kappa Psi's immense network of over 298,000 initiated members across 219 universities and nearly every industry imaginable provides our members resources and a vast network. We are proud to provide these resources to Tufts University students and look forward to building a strong organization and tradition.
Our first recruitment this past fall brought us a group of 33 uniquely diverse, dedicated, and professional students eager to hone their professional skills and form connections that will last a life time. Our membership is Co-Ed and made up of students from various majors, reflecting the unique interdisciplinary culture of Tufts University.
Whether you are looking to connect with like minded peers, develop your leadership and professional skills, or explore different career paths we strive to help you meet your career aspirations. We offer professional development workshops, networking opportunities, guest speakers, mentorship programs, and much more designed to help our members succeed at Tufts and long after graduating.
Founding Alpha Kappa Psi Phi Sigma as both a member and President with an amazing, driven, group of people has truly been an amazing experience. I am confident that we will continue to build something special with a positive impact on each and every one of our members as we continue to grow together.
